A stunning Day Room has huge comfy sofas and a cosy multi-fuel burner set within a large fireplace. Bay window views look out to the Wharfedale countryside and books, games and CDs are all provided. A further Sitting Room with plentiful relaxing seating is adjacent, looking towards the beautiful French-polished staircase to the first floor where there is a feature stained glass window depicting 'Faith and Hope'.

Facing the Day Room is a large Dining Room with leather seating for up to 28 guests, a triple bay window, framed artwork, an L-shaped counter area for buffet style serving, a school clock, and decorative plasterwork. A second lobby area is just off the hallway, and from here there is access through to the laundry/ utility room area with ground floor wc. Beyond is the striking red Raspberry Room with bar counter and drinks fridge - the perfect space for pre-dinner entertaining.

The Raspberry Room leads into the spacious Victorian style kitchen with Murdoch Troon drawers and cupboards, a cream period style 4-oven Aga and a deep Belfast sink.  In the centre is a huge vintage pine table, and a dishwasher, an American-style fridge/freezer, pantry, additional drinks fridge and ample storage space are all inclusive. Ten extra stools are also available - ideal for group breakfast dining.
