Renovation has consisted of much attention to detail, with beams, log burning stoves and open fires giving overall theme of cosiness and warmth. These cottages make the perfect holiday retreat, with gardens which overlook the pond and paddock. Discover the local village of Gillamoor with it's historic church and beautiful 'Surprise View', over the daffodil valley of Farndale. An ideal base for exploring the North Yorkshire Moors and surrounding area; whether by foot, car or bicycle.
Cottages - Bothy and Barley cottages accommodate 4 people, whilst Swallow is smaller accommodating 2 people. All cottages have sitting rooms with open fire or log burning stove, fully fitted kitchens, dishwashers, flat screen televisions with DVD players. Each cottage has a bathroom with a toilet and a shower over the bath. Linen, towels, electricity, logs included in the cost. Each cottage has a private garden area with BBQ and seating.
Bothy and Barley both sleep 4 people in 1 king size and 1 twin bedroom, white bedlinen and duvets, both with beautiful country views from bedroom and kitchen windows. Back door takes you out into your own garden space, perfect for relaxing whilst the sun goes down. Swallow sleeps 2 people , one en suite double bedroom,cosy sitting room with open log fire. Views over garden and paddock towards Fadmoor.
During winter months we offer special deals on 2 night and 4 night - To make it special we can arrange flowers, wine and chocolates , we will even light the log burner for your arrival. a short stroll to the local `Royal Oak' in the village of Gillamoor serving a good local menu or a short drive takes you to award winning 'Star Inn' Harome.
