Choose from 9 attractively furnished en-suite rooms, all newly refurbished to the highest standards. The guest house accommodates up to 20 guests and boasts 6 front rooms with glorious sea views. Families, couples and single occupancy are all warmly welcomed.

All 9 guest rooms boast en-suite facilities with either a shower or bath. Rooms include well stocked hospitality trays with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and luxury biscuits, hairdryers and bottled water. The 6 sea view rooms to the front, including 2 premier first floor sea view rooms, also feature binoculars. Stylish and contemporary throughout, all rooms have wall mounted flat screen TVs with freeview and each bed is handpicked to guarantee a restful night's sleep. Central heating is throughout for your comfort and hot water is available 24/7.

Reduced rates are available to our long-stay guests staying 7 nights or more, and children under 3 years stay free! B&B rates include our delicious breakfasts, with a choice of Full English cooked breakfast featuring M&S thick pork sausages and free range eggs. A range of lighter alternatives from cereals and fresh fruits to yoghurts are also available, accompanied by a choice of teas and gold roast coffee. Special diets are happily catered for, with a vegetarian cooked breakfast available on request.
