Just two miles away is a retail and leisure park including a swimming pool, gym and cinema and a range of shops. The city centre is only three and a half miles away, with a bus service available, where you can explore the many museums and historic shops as well as plenty of quality pubs and restaurants if you fancy a meal out. The cottage has a contemporary fitted kitchen with oven, hob, washer dryer, fridge and dishwasher as well as utensils, and it leads to the spacious lounge with a high ceiling, featuring a dining table, leather seating and a flatscreen TV with DVD player and stereo. There is also a shower room on the ground floor. From the lounge there is a spiral staircase to the gallery area with further seating and a door to the balcony. Another staircase from the lounge leads to the king size bedroom.

The cottage has a large balcony while the patio includes hot tub and outdoor dining area. Guests also have access to a shared grounds including a tennis court and lake. There is parking space available. Short breaks with a three night minimum stay can be arranged. The cottage is unsuitable for the infirm.
