Our delightful holiday property, Rosewalden Cottage in Pocklington, provides quaint accommodation with comfy furnishings to allow you to unwind and have a fun-filled, relaxing break. Stay with us and you'll enjoy a peaceful location but close to essential amenities, and we've made sure everything you could need in the cottage is provided to let you focus on having a memorable holiday.

Our cottage sits near the centre of the town, with a regular market and a range of shops, inns and restaurants as well as a swimming pool and arts centre, so you never even have to leave the town if you don't want to, all you could need is on hand. However it's definitely worth exploring the region, with some fantastic walking and cycling opportunities along with golf and riding, while York is within 12 miles and has some fantastic museums. Families can enjoy a short drive to Flamingo Land theme park too. There's lots going on so you know when you book with us you will enjoy yourselves whatever you're into.

The cottage opens to a hallway leading to the sitting room with two sofas, a freeview TV and a gas fire. The separate dining room also has a gas fire, along with a table seating 4. The kitchen has a pantry, as well as an oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine and all necessary utensils. There's a double and a twin bedroom on the first floor along with a bathroom featuring bath with shower over.

The cottage has a private courtyard with furniture, suitable for outdoor dining. All fuels, bedding and towels are included in the rent. Short breaks of three or four nights can be arranged. Roadside parking may be available. No children under 6 years please.
