Here at Amberleigh Cottage, we offer something a little bit special. Our feature-packed holiday home sleeps up to eight people, and it's perfect for lazy summer holidays and beautiful winter breaks. Set close to the edge of the North York Moors, our cottage is a beautiful barn conversion complete with an Italian style garden and some of the best country views imaginable. You'll find spacious gardens surrounding, a picnic table for al fresco dining, and a private hot tub ideal for a relaxing evening soak. Also available are parking facilities, off-road and secure.

Just 100 yards from Amberleigh Cottage, you'll find a charming village pub our guests always love to visit. They serve great food, and a fantastic selection of your favourite alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. We'd also recommend trips into Thirsk for a day of shopping in chain and independent stores, and to the Monk Park Farm Centre for a day out the kids will love. The Flamingo Land theme park, the Eden Camp museum and Castle Howard are all easily accessible, and you'll be just twenty five miles from historic York. When we furnished Amberleigh Cottage, we wanted to create a home that offered plenty of space, lots of comfort, and a modern style. Each room has been well thought out, and they're all spacious and well-decorated. The beamed sitting room contains a large, flat screen TV, a DVD player and a music system, and in the kitchen you'll find a selection of appliances that include a microwave, dishwasher and washing machine to make life easy. Dining facilities are provided, and you'll have access to two standard twin rooms, one standard double room and an en-suite master double with shower facilities. Guests also have access to two shared bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with both bath and shower facilities.
