Visit Websitefor more informationHome Farm Holiday Cottages are a couple of 4 star self catering holiday homes in the village of Slingsby, at the heart of rural North Yorkshire. Ideally placed to aid visitors explore the beautiful scenery of the North Yoekshire Moors. Both cottages feature modern self catering facilities, spacious rooms and stunning views for visitors to wake up to. The Arches sleeps 4, whilst the Stables sleeps 6 and both are situated on the ground floor with easy access. Both cottages benefit from ample parking and children's bikes are available to use.
Their country location makes them the ideal base for a walking or cycling holiday around this beautiful region. Slingsby is well served by a pub, restaurant, farm shop and children's play park and the larger market towns of Malton and Kirkbymoorside. Spend a day exploring Pickering and Helmsley which have an array of shops, restaurants and cafes. Other popular attractions well worth a visit locally include Byland abbey, Castle Howard, Eden Camp, Rievaulx Abbey and Pickering Castle.
The two cottages have been lovingly converted from traditional farm buildings to create a real home from home environment in which you can enjoy your stay. The Arches sleeps up to four people and comprises of an entrance hall; sitting/dining room with patio doors and open fire; well equipped kitchen; bathroom with shaver points, bath, shower, wash hand basin and WC; a double bedroom with en-suite and a twin bedroom. The Stables sleeps up to six people and comprises of a sitting room with patio doors and woodburning stove; conservatory with patio furniture; dining room with exposed stone walls and beams; well equipped kitchen; utility room; three bedrooms; bathroom and a separate shower room. Both properties are well equipped with widescreen TV with Freeview and video/DVD player.
