From here you can hop on a steam train and take an enjoyable journey though some of Yorkshire’s stunning countryside and Heartbeat Country. There are many attractions close by for all ages including theme parks, museums, golf, historic houses and so much more.
Choose from Waterswallow Cottage, ideal for families it sleeps up to four people. Or Woodpecker Cottage is perfect for a romantic break it sleeps up to two people. Both cottages provide a home from home atmosphere with modern conveniences. The lounge areas include plenty of comfortable seating and digital television. The kitchen areas are well equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine & fridge. Waterswallow cottage also has an outside patio area.
For those who really want to get into the feel of the country, or perhaps children who want to feed the animals. Ask your hosts if you can collect some free range eggs for breakfast, or take a bucket of feed for the sheep.
