Howdale a charming character cottage is set next to the the beach, in the village of Sandsend 3 miles north of Whitby. It's a peaceful property with sea views, and can sleep up to six. The cottage is traditionally furnished but contains everything you could possibly need, as well as utensils in the kitchen you wouldn't expect to find, such as a grapefruit knife and a lemon zester. We've equipped the garden with a summer house and outdoor furniture, so you can enjoy the views as you unwind in the summer months.

Howdale contains three bedrooms. The master bedroom contains 5ft bed with a full en-suite bath room and shower, whilst the second and third rooms are a twin room and a bunk room respectively. The main bathroom has a bath and shower, and you'll find a washing machine for your convenience. The lounge, furnished with antiques, has a TV with Sky, DVD player and sound system, and we've provided a selection of our favorite books for you to enjoy. In the kitchen, appliances include a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a cooker and a dishwasher. The outhouse is perfect to store beach equipment etc and you'll also find a tumble dryer.
