Melrose House in Sandsend is an expansive Edwardian property, set in an incredible position with stunning views over the bay. To really make the most of these views sit out on our front terrace, or go sunbathing on the decked area to the rear of the house. Our house has been fully renovated to provide comfortable accommodation for families, sleeping up to 12 guests all under one roof.

The bedrooms are spaced over 2 floors, including a two king sized bedrooms, 3 twin bedrooms and 1 double room, all featuring individual décor and furnishings. There's an open fire in the lounge, as well as a bay window, ample seating, a flat screen Freesat TV and a DVD player. There's space for all guests at the table in the dining room, alongside a serving hatch. We have equipped the spacious kitchen with an electric oven with a gas hob, a fridge freezer, a second fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher We also have a utility room with a washer/dryer, a ceiling clothes pulley and boot storage and a downstairs loo & shower room. Outside, you'll find a shower perfect for washing off sand from your trip to the beach.
