Amenities are conveniently close by, including a superb Yorkshire real ale pub just a short stroll away. Featuring a fully fitted modern kitchen and a beautiful secluded courtyard area with allocated parking, a BBQ and ample outdoor furniture, our charming ground floor cottage nestles a mere 16 miles from York. All within easy driving distance are Pickering and the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, spectacular Castle Howard stately home and the many fine museums, specialist shops and attractions in Whitby.
Our budget North Yorkshire cottage sleeps two guests comfortably in a beautifully appointed king-size double bedroom. The fully fitted modern bathroom is a wet room and stylish contemporary living space features a lounge with a widescreen TV, DVD and CD/ radio player. The fully equipped modern kitchen is beautifully designed, with all modern appliances including a microwave, washing machine, fridge/ freezer, cooker and all essential kitchen utensils and accessories.

Highlight feature in our pretty cottage is the secluded courtyard area with a spacious patio equipped with outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a fire pit. The area is perfect for alfresco dining and drinks. Ours is a family run business and we live on-site, always on hand to assist with any requests from our guests. Children are welcome and all bedlinen, towels, central heating and electric is fully inclusive in booking. Optional extras by request include milk and newspapers delivered daily. Allocated parking for one car is inclusive and we welcome well behaved pets by arrangement.
