Set in the quiet North York Moors Village of Rosedale Abbey, Appledore Cottage is a secluded self-catering retreat for eight. It's moments away from the Rosedale Abbey Golf Course, and it's within easy reach of Pickering and Kirkbymoorside, surrounded by beautiful walking country. Families are very welcome here, and you'll spend your stay under an hour from the fantastic Whitby coast. Other easily accessible attractions include the Ryedale Folk Museum, Pickering Castle and Go Ape!, Dalby Forest.

Our cottage has two twin rooms and two double rooms, making it suitable for a family with children or a group of friends. It features a spacious, modern kitchen including laundry facilities, a dishwasher, a cooker and a microwave, and there's a large dining table with space for everyone. Satellite TV, a DVD player and a music system are included for entertainment in the lounge, and the cottage includes an additional sitting room with the same facilities. Our property features underfloor heating for your comfort, and there's a ground-floor shower room as well as a large main bathroom.
