Cottage No.1 Sleeps 4 - 5 This stone built Cottage with open pine staircase and pine doors throughout, gives this cottage a warm and country feel. Downstairs there is a comfortable lounge, kitchen/dining room, large modern fully fitted shower room incorporating a walk in shower, washbasin, bidget and toilet, and a seperate utility room. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with fitted pine furniture, also upstairs there is a 2nd toilet and washbasin. Cottage No.2 Sleeps 8 This large stone built Cottage which can sleep up to 8 guests, has original beamed ceilings and consists of; Downstairs, a kitchen/dining room, lounge, garden room, twin bedroom, shower room and utility room. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with it's own cloakroom, a family bedroom with a single and double bed, a single bedroom and a good size modern family bathroom with over bath shower. Cottage No.3 Sleeps 3 - 4 This traditional stone built Cottage with original beamed ceilings and feature fireplace, has an electric wood burning effect stove and full central heating. The Cottage offers downstairs; kitchen, comfortable lounge/dining room, fully fitted bathroom with overbath shower. Upstairs there is a good-sized double bedroom and a comfortable single bedroom, also a 2nd toilet with handbasin.

You can sit in the garden and listen to the birds singing, or hear the sound of the North York Moors steam train in the distance.There are 2 pubs within 1 mile of the village, offering good food and drink. To the front of the Cottages there is off street private parking, and to the rear there are south facing lawned gardens with patio areas, garden furniture and views over open countryside We will be here to welcome you upon your arrival and familiarise you with your Cottage, we will then leave you to unwind after your journey, to settle and enjoy the tea and biscuits provided.
