Waterfall Cottage in Marsden is a handsome, tastefully renovated Grade II listed cottage in a beautiful conservation area on the outskirts of the Peak District National Park. Ideal for those who love the outdoors, we can comfortably accommodate up to three guests at a time with double and single bedrooms. We also welcome pets, with a single well-behaved dog allowed by arrangement. The cottage is around half a mile from the amenities of Marsden village centre, and is just a hundred yards from a dining pub and a fascinating Canal heritage centre.

Our comfortable, two-storey property is made up of; a cosy sitting room with feature stone fire-place & gas stove fire, two comfy sofas and a dining table with three chairs. Home entertainment is provided by a TV with DVD and a CD/Radio. Adjacent to the lounge is a galley kitchen that includes a fridge-freezer, microwave, and washing machine amongst its appliances. A steep set of stairs leads to the first floor where there are double and twin bedrooms and a bathroom with bath & overhead shower.

The exterior of Waterfall Cottage includes a shared front garden with bench seating, and parking for one car. The property is kept warm all year round with a woodburning effect gas fire and central heating system, all utilities are included in the cost of rental, as are the clean, fresh towels and bedding provided. Waterfall Cottage is a no-smoking property.
