The Barn House Holiday Cottage in Beverley is an award-winning property set on a picturesque 19 acre farm and provides excellent accommodation for a group or larger family holiday. It offers four bedrooms, a spacious living room with original beams, modern kitchen facilities and large patio with lawn garden area - the ideal place to relax in the evenings. The cottage offers four bedrooms including two ground floor bedrooms and a ground floor wet room. To the first floor, there are two further bedrooms including a king-size master bedroom with ensuite shower room and a twin bedroom which can also be furnished as a double if required. This floor also offers a bathroom with separate shower facilities. The spacious living room offers Freesat TV & DVD player and the cottage also offers a dining area for eight to ten people.

To the exterior, the cottage offers parking for two cars. Though the cottage is not specifically designed for disabled guests, it has facilities for those with limited mobility including the ground floor accommodation, 2' 9" doorways and hard paving from the parking area to the cottage.
