Spacious 4 Star Beech Cottage in Ebberston nestles within four acres on the southern edge of the North York Moors, midway between Scarborough and Pickering. Brimming with charm and character, the cottage is a beautifully converted former carriage house and stables ideal for family groups. An exceptional choice of leisure facilities are available to guests on-site including a luxury indoor swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and a games room with table tennis and darts. Open shared access is also available to the beautiful surrounding gardens which feature a children's play area with slides, swings and a sand pit.

The cottage accommodates five adults and one child and boasts two bedrooms including a first floor double bedroom and a large single room with an extra z bed should it be needed. Warming gas central heating is throughout and an additional separate wc is also inclusive. The main bathroom is fully fitted with a bath and a shower and the attractive cream shaker style kitchen features all modern appliances including a dishwasher and a microwave. From the kitchen an archway leads through into the beautifully furnished sitting room with a welcoming open fire.

Changeover day for weekly bookings is Saturday and all modern essentials are inclusive in the cottage. There is a flatscreen television with Freeview and a DVD player for your entertainment. Other facilities include a microwave, oven and fridge in the cream shaker style kitchen, with a cafetiere for your enjoyment. Families are welcome with cots, highchairs and stairgates all available by request when booking. Guests also have access to a communal laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer (coin operated). Iron and ironing boards are also provided in the property. The superb choice of on-site leisure facilities include a de-luxe large indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and a games room inclusive of a pool table, darts and table tennis with balls and bats provided (guests will need to bring their own darts).

All five of our cottages at Cliff House are open all year round, including Christmas and New Year, group bookings a speciality. Short breaks of 3 night weekend break - Friday start or 4 night mid-week break - Monday start available. Flexible start dates available, please ring for details.
