The farm itself is situated within eight acres of land, overlooking the picturesque hamlet of Langsett which is nestled on the banks of the Langsett Reservoir. The reservoir boasts excellent footpaths and bridleways perfect for walking, mountain biking and horse riding (equestrian facilities on site), within easy reach of top tourist attractions such as Holmfirth, home of the TV show “Last of the Summer Wine”, as well as more modern attractions such as Meadowhall Shopping Centre. Hoodlands Farm boasts a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, and a dining room with comfortable seating for 10 around the large dark oak table. It also benefits from a large conservatory linked to the dining room with great views down the valley. On the ground floor there is a large living area with a traditional wood burning stove (logs and coal provided), 42” flat screen, HD television with DVD player and Sky, including sports and movies. The Farmhouse also benefits from free WiFi. Hoodlands Farm has 3 double bedrooms on the 1st floor with a further double bedroom on the ground floor. The master bedroom is accompanied by an en-suite. There is also a family bathroom on the 1st floor. There is further sleeping accommodation for 2 guests in the lounge if required, taking the total number of guests up to 10.
