Perfect for a romantic break, or families with children. Kiln House cottage {ex farmers cottage} in Luddenden has been recently restored and offers a stylish, comfortable retreat full of character. During your stay you'll enjoy peace and quiet surrounded by the open fields and woodland of our own 9 acres, in May we have a fabulous display of rare English Bluebells. We also have a variety of wildlife visitors to our land including the roe deer that regularly visit the gardens. In all seasons, local walks are particularly beautiful. On colder days, they're even better with the cosy log fire waiting at the end. If we have snow we have great sleigh runs on our fields, and of course provide the sledges for adults and children!

Kiln House Cottage can sleep a family of four, with one double bedroom and one bunk bedroom. Both rooms have comfortable beds, luxury furnishings and fabulous views from all windows. The lounge boasts underfloor heating, and has a log-burning stove for comfort. We've included satellite TV, a DVD player and a music system with an iPod dock to keep you entertained, and we've stocked the cottage with our favourite books, CDs, board games and DVDs for all the family. The cottage has a beautiful, modern fitted kitchen including underfloor heating and a wide range of appliances, such as laundry facilities, a fridge freezer, a cooker and a microwave. Guests share one main bathroom.
