Welcome to Loadbrook Holiday Cottage near Stannington, a delightful three bedroom holiday property set just a 15 minute drive from Sheffield and ideally placed for a holiday to the Peak District. The cottage offers superb facilities including three double/ twin bedrooms, a cosy sitting room with log burner stove and large lawn garden with plenty of space for the kids and family dogs to play in. Ideal for a family or small group break, the cottage is available for part week stays and winter short breaks - please contact us directly for details & availability.
The cottage is furnished with one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The kitchen offers modern self catering facilities including a dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, laundry facilities, electric cooker and microwave. For your entertainment, Freeview TV and a CD player are available in the lounge. There is a dining area in the kitchen or if you prefer to dine al fresco, the garden offers a picnic table and a gas barbecue can be supplied. Full central heating helps keep the cottage warm & cosy all year round and if you wish to bring your laptop, we have broadband internet connection available.

The cottage is the ideal base for a walking holiday with Ladybower Reservoir & Derwent Reservoir situated within easy reach. A haven for hikers, cyclists and runners, the Reservoirs are surrounded by beautiful hills and bikes can be hired locally. The nearby Hope Valley offers also offers a abundance of outdoor activities including pony trekking, rock-climbing, hand-gliding and pot-holing. Or just relax and enjoy the scenery on a nature watching or fishing trip.
