It's within easy reach of Leyburn and of top family attractions including the Lightwater Valley Theme Park, and it's set along a quiet country lane with far-reaching rural views and a nearby waterfall. Our cottage includes a peaceful garden set in expansive grounds, including outdoor furnishings, and it's a perfect choice for walking holidays and for family stays.

Deerclose West Cottage includes a homely living room with a beamed ceiling, and a woodburning stove set into a rustic stone fireplace. We've included a TV, DVD player and CD player, and we've equipped the kitchen with appliances including laundry facilities, a dishwasher, a cooker, a fridge, a freezer and a microwave. A separate dining room includes a gas flame-effect stove, and the cottage has an en-suite double bedroom and two standard twin rooms, one with an in-room sink. There's a main family bathroom with separate shower and bath facilities, and an additional cloakroom WC.
