About this property
A short drive from the A1(M), just outside the Yorkshire village of Cowthorpe, Broadoak Cottage offers self-catering accommodation just twenty minutes from central Harrogate, and half an hour from York. It's a spacious, modern property providing light and airy accommodation for six, and it's packed full of fantastic features making it a great base for family holidays and short breaks. Our cottage has its own patio garden, and it's suitable for business travellers seeking peace and quiet with easy access to major towns and cities.
Broadoak Cottage has a modern fitted kitchen including a fridge freezer, cooker, microwave and dishwasher, with a separate utility room housing laundry facilities. The property has one cloakroom WC, and a main bathroom with an over-bath shower and a shaver point. Dining facilities for six are provided beside a log-burning stove, and the lounge has river views and a contemporary electric fire. We've provided a TV and DVD player for entertainment, and we've equipped the cottage with a selection of our favourite DVDs for you to enjoy, and with an iPod dock for alternative entertainment. The cottage has one king-sized bedroom, one twin bedroom and a single room with an additional pull-out bed. The pull-out bed can be made up for an additional fee of £25.

We welcome dogs and cats by arrangement at Broadoak Cottage for a fee of £20 each, and provide free off-road parking for up to two cars. If you're bringing a particularly cherished car we're able to organise garage parking by arrangement. We can offer a travel cot and highchair for a baby or toddler, and the cottage includes a free wireless internet connection.
