Just off the A1(M) in the Yorkshire village of Langthorpe, Buckden Pike is our loft apartment sleeping up to four people. It's a stylish, modern, spacious property with excellent furnishings throughout, and it's just twenty minutes from Ripon and twenty-five from Harrogate. The apartment is part of the converted Anchor Brewery, and it now offers luxury accommodation with a Gold Award for quality.

Original loft beams and interior brick walls add plenty of character to the Buckden Pike Loft Apartment, and it includes wide doors and ramped access making it suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. The open-plan lounge includes a TV, DVD player, radio and iPod dock, and the designer kitchen contains laundry facilities, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a cooker and a microwave amongst other appliances. The property has two king-sized en-suite bedrooms, both with sofas, large electronic feature windows and luxury Hans Grohe hydro-massage showers, and they include Sony Bravia flatscreen TVs and eye masks for a great night's sleep. Dining facilities are also included.
