The former laundry of a Victorian manor house, the single storey Holiday Cottage is a beautifully restored and converted accommodation with a unique history. Set in a picturesque location close to Harrogate, Wetherby and York, guests have access to many lovely walks and with parking for two cars the property provides a rather more peaceful alternative for conference delegates. Please note that we do not accept children under the age of 8 years.

Our luxury holiday home accommodates six guests and has three bedrooms including a master king-size bedroom with an en-suite fully fitted bathroom and two twin bedrooms. The main bathroom adjacent to bedroom two can serve as an en-suite and is also fully fitted with a bath and a hand held shower. All essentials such as central heating, towels and bedlinen are fully inclusive and immaculately presented living space, designed by a local Ripon interior designer, features a spacious lounge with a woodburning stove (all logs are supplied free) and a range of hi-tech facilities including a tv with freeview.

Changeover day is Friday and short breaks are offered. The spacious holiday home has ample dining space including a breakfast table in the kitchen, perfect for group entertaining. Outdoor space includes a pretty patio with attractive garden furniture and a BBQ area. We welcome pets in the manor house for a small additional fee and guests are greeted by a well stocked welcome pack on arrival which includes a selection of beverages, fresh eggs and toiletries. Off road parking is on-site for at least two cars and the manor house is ideally placed for a choice of Yorkshire racecourses including nearby York and Ripon Racecourses.
