Nestling on the eastern edge of the Yorkshire Dales, pretty 18th Century Stonecroft Cottage in Middleham Georgian market town is a luxurious traditional cottage with original exposed beams and stone work. Perfect for couples, our village is famously associated with racing thoroughbreds, many of which train locally. Brimming with charm and character, the cottage has a warming multi fuel stove and is perfect for romantic breaks. Private parking is on-site and restaurants, inns and village shops are all within walking distance.
Our character 18th Century cottage sleeps four guests and has two first floor double bedrooms and a fully fitted bathroom with a bath and shower over. All bedlinen, towels and electric are inclusive and we provide coal for the multi-fuel stove in the beamed lounge which has comfy sofa seating and enchanting traditional furnishings and decor. Modern facilities also feature in the lounge including Freesat TV and a DVD whilst the country cottage style beamed kitchen has an electric oven/ hob, a washer/ dryer, a microwave and a tv/ CD player.
