The original fireplace is still in situ, set in an exposed brick and beam wall. The kitchen is to the rear of the dining room equipped with everything you would expect of a modern kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine, but set amidst an original cast iron fireplace with exposed brickwork on the chimney breast. Two large windows look out east across the seafront towards the far pier, with the rising sun shining in through this room on a morning. Leading from the kitchen is a lobby area with fire exit, two separate toilets and a large walk in shower.
