Book a stay at our beautiful Ivy Cottage B&B in Reeth to enjoy homely Yorkshire Dales accommodation at its best. Our guest house is a half-hour drive from Richmond, between the M6 and the A1(M), and overlooks the pretty village green for a quiet stay in the heart of Swaledale. We're an ideal choice for walkers, cyclists and people who just want a break, set in view of the hills with our on-site traditional Yorkshire tea rooms where you can enjoy hot and cold drinks, meals and snacks during the day. Relax with a cake and a drink in the sun before making your way to your room, where we've provided everything you need for a luxurious and indulgent stay.

Our bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, furnished in bright colours to give an atmosphere of refreshing warmth. All rooms include TVs, and we provide hot beverage supplies for a tea or coffee in the privacy of your own room. Electric blankets can be provided in the winter months, and hairdryers are available for those who want them. We have an en-suite king-sized bedroom, an en-suite double room and a standard double with a large private bathroom. All include space to sit and relax, with reading material and alarm clocks.

Each morning, all guests are welcome to join us for a traditional, freshly cooked and award-winning Yorkshire breakfast enjoying views of the morning sun over the hills. Our beautiful B&B includes a wireless internet connection for use during your visit. We welcome you to bring your own laptop and connect with friends, or do your work online. We can have wine waiting on ice in your room on arrival, by request, and will be happy to provide a tasty packed lunch for just £5.
