Intake Cottage is a traditional self catering cottage in Swaledale. Three star Tourist Board rated Yorkshire Dales holiday cottage is full of character with beamed ceilings, original flagged stone floors and an 18th century, stone and cast iron open fire in the sitting room. We pride ourselves in providing a fresh, clean environment for our guests so we do not allow pets or smoking. For walking enthusiasts there is an abundance of local walks and mountain-bike routes from your doorstep.

Sympathetically furnished throughout with antique furniture and tasteful, comfortable soft furnishings, including a television, DVD, video, CD player and radio. The cottage has a newly fitted kitchen with Belfast sink, electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher, but retains it's character with original stone shelves and flooring.
