A cosy, modern Scarborough retreat near the railway station, the beach and top family attractions our Central Apartment overlooks the pretty Albemarle Crescent Green. It's a well-equipped ground-floor property with beautiful parkland views, and it has a private terrace with outdoor seating for days in the sun. Nearby, you can occupy your days with visits to Scarborough Castle, Terror Tower and the Rotunda Museum, or take a drive further afield to popular Flamingo Land.
Our homely and well-furnished apartment accommodates up to five guests, with a double sofa bed in the lounge and with a family bedroom including a double bed and a single bed. The property includes a wide-screen TV, DVD player and PlayStation 2 console, with a variety of games. Dining facilities are included, and the kitchen comes equipped with everything you need including a washing machine and dishwasher.

Our apartment is family friendly. We can provide free hire of a cot and high chair, and we also offer private parking for one car. An additional permit for a second car can be provided at cost. For an additional £10, we're also very happy to welcome one small dog. Your pet must be non-moulting, to keep the house in a clean condition as you found it.
