Perfectly placed for walking holidays in the Yorkshire Dales, Thwaitedale Cottages at Thwaite village are ideal for walking holidays, situated in the heart of Upper Swaledale in the Yorkshire Dales. Traditionally furnished and with spectacular country views, our four properties include East and West Chapel, two wings of a luxurious Victorian chapel conversion sleeping 2 to 6, and East and West Cottages, two beautiful Dales stone cottages sleeping 2 to 4. The Chapel and Cottages are all pet friendly and include free WiFi, private parking and patio areas with views.

Maintained to the highest standards, The Chapel and Cottages include unlimited hot water, full central heating, cosy open fires or woodburning stoves in lounges and essentials such as laundry facilities and modern fitted kitchens. East Chapel with Kisdon Hill views and West Chapel overlooking Thwaite beck and the waterfall are real home-from-homes with three bedrooms - two on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, large lounges, woodburners and fully fitted kitchens. East and West Cottages sleeping 2/4 sit adjacent with a double and twin bedroom, large lounge diner, Sky TV , radio, DVD and open fire.

We welcome well behaved dogs (2 maximum) in each property and The Chapel and Cottages are all non-smoking throughout. Bedlinen, electric/ heating and towels are all inclusive. East and West Chapel plus East Cottage all have a Saturday changeover for weekly lets. West Cottage has a Friday changeover day, and short breaks (minimum 2 nights) are available in all properties. Discounts apply for couples booking - weekly prices in The Chapel are also available at a 15% discount for a couple using one bedroom. Supermarkets, a licensed restaurant in Thwait, plus a cosy inn and tea room in Muker are all within 1 mile.
