There is an open plan modern kitchen with breakfast bar and a bathroom with a bath, shower cubicle, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC. From the lounge steps lead up to a bedroom with double bed, bedside tables and lamps, hanging space and drawers and an en-suite WC with washbasin. The house is very light and spacious and has very high ceilings. It has eco-friendly under floor heating. Outside the property there is a stone paved patio and seating area with table and chairs, everything is surrounded by mature plants and trees.
