This spacious modern detached house is situated in the centre of the village of Flamborough overlooking the Green. Is has a lovely country setting, and from the garden you can see the lighthouse. The famous bird sanctuary of Bempton is not far away.
Entrance, hallway. Spacious lounge with ornate fireplace and French doors leading to the patio. Separate dining room is a fitted, well-equipped kitchen. A door leads to the downstairs cloakroom with toilet and hand washbasin and to the back door. On the first floor are four bedrooms, one with a double bed and and an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin, one bedroom with a single bed and a single pull-out bed and two bedrooms each with a single bed. Also a bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin.

Refrigerator, 5 ringed gas range with grill and oven, microwave, dishwasher. Colour TV with DVD. Gas central heating - no extra charges for gas and electricity. Bed linen is provided. Patio table and chairs. A double garage, secure storage for bikes, plus ample car parking space in the drive. Non-smokers only. Sorry, no pets. Opposite the house is a large village green with an enclosed play area for children. A twenty minute walk takes you to the beach. The village has a super market, several shops and pubs within easy walking distance.
