Eight steps lead down to the entrance into a well-equipped kitchen/diner with integral appliances. Marble-effect stone floor. Double doors open into a luxurious light and airy lounge with gas coal-effect fire in a feature fireplace. From the lounge double doors open into a wide hallway off which are two bedrooms. One has twin beds and a wardrobe. The master bedroom is very spacious and has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. It has an en-suite shower room with large walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin. Also off the hallway is a family bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, toilet and washbasin. At the front of the property is a patio area with sitting out furniture.
