This very spacious second floor apartment is situated on the West side of Whitby town among Victorian Terraces. It has great views of the Abbey and is within easy walking distance of the town centre, beach and all amenities. It has off street parking for one car. There is a pub, a chippy, a grocers and a butchers just across the road.
Entrance around the corner. Two flights of stairs lead up to the second floor. Entrance, hallway. Spacious lounge with feature window, comfortable seating and dining area. Off the lounge is a modern, well-equipped kitchen. Along the hallway are three bedrooms, one with a single bed and high quality futon (suitable for a child), a second bedroom with a single bed. Both bedrooms have ample storage. Also a spacious bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.
