This lovely former ship builder's cottage which has been newly decorated is situated in an elevated position - a few steps lead up to it. From the ground floor you have a view of the Marina and from the first floor there are views of the old swing bridge. It is just a short walk to the town centre with all its amenities. What a great location!
Entrance into a ground floor seating area with bed settee, TV and coal-effect fire. On the first floor is a cosy lounge with coal-effect fire, dining area and picture window overlooking the harbour. Modern kitchen. Bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. On the second floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and fabulous views of the harbour and one with two single beds. Ample storage.

Fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave, washing machine. Colour TV with freesat, DVD player in the lounge also TV in dining room and main bedroom with free sat, radio/CD player. Gas central heating. Bed linen is provided. One well-behaved dog is welcome, but not allowed in the bedrooms. Non-smokers only. Drying facilities. Seating bench outside the front taking advantage of harbour views in the sun. Free on street parking in the area or in the council car park along the harbour at a fee.
