This very comfortable large family house is situated in the top part of the village of Runswick Bay with sea views from the top floor. It is only 50 yards from the nearest pub and two minutes to the Cleveland Way footpath. A range of shops can be found in the nearby village of Hinderwell. Because of its layout the house can be used by a smaller party not using the second floor.

Entrance at the side, large light conservatory, hallway, lounge with open fire, bay window and doors opening into the conservatory. On the other side of the hallway is a spacious dining room. Behind the dining room is a large well-equipped kitchen with breakfast table. On the first floor is a large bedroom with a king-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, also a bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. A family bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin. A third bedroom with a single bed, TV and an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. On the second floor is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with full-size bunk beds and a shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin, There is an additional folding bed by arrangement that can be placed at the visitor's discretion.
