This modern, first floor apartment (lift and stairs both available) is situated on 'Whitehall Landing' and a level walk into the old town. The apartment has been tastefully furnished and decorated to a high standard. From your seat in the deep-set window you can just catch a glimpse of the tidal river Esk.
Entrance, hallway. Comfortable lounge with high quality (double) bed settee and modern, well-equipped open plan kitchen and dining area. There is one bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobe, bedside tables with drawers. There is a bathroom with bath, electric shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. Ample storage space in whole apartment. As the property has a lift, it might be suitable for people with mobility problems.
