Single storey self catering cottage with open aspect across countryside to the sea. Well behaved pet welcome. Rear garden with raised patio and furniture. Private parking. Sleeps 3
This lovely and well-maintained terraced bungalow is situated in a quiet location, towards the end of an un-adopted road, with open views across the fields and out to sea. This is an ideal location for walkers as the Cleveland Way, leading to either Staithes or Runswick Bay, is on your doorstep. Port Mulgrave is also renowned for fossil hunting. As the cottage has downstairs bedrooms and bathroom it might be suitable for people with mobility problems.
Entrance hall with door to the right into a large wet-room with shower, toilet, washbasin, heater and heated towel rail. From the hall to the left is a galley-kitchen. Through to a large, light and airy lounge with electric fire and two electric storage heaters. A large window overlooks the back garden and out to sea. The half-glazed rear door leads to a raised patio area with terrific sea-views, from which 5 steps lead to the long enclosed grassed garden ( garden furniture is provided and the garden can be accessed by the side footpath avoiding the steps). Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with double bed, dressing table, electric storage heater and stunning sea-views. A second bedroom has a single bed, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobes and electric storage heater.
