Step out of your car, take a deep breath and prepare to be amazed by the stunning scenery in which this property is set. Nestling in Great Fryup Dale, in the heart of the North York Moors National Park, yet is only 11 miles from Whitby. Dale View is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts with walking and riding available from your door. The historic city of York is only an hour by car. A private driveway leads to the property which is set in three acres of land. There is a pub in the village of Ainthorpe approx 1 mile away.
Entrance, hallway. Spacious, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast table to seat 12. Large, very attractive lounge with beamed ceiling and log burner in feature fireplace. Leading from the hallway is a bedroom with a double bed. Downstairs toilet and washbasin. Next to the lounge is a snug/music room. Downstairs toilet and washbasin. Behind the snug is a corridor which leads to a bedroom with a king size bed and separate dressing room. Also a totally refurbished bathroom with bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin and a bedroom with children's bunk beds. A staircase leads to the galleried landing with a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bedroom with twin beds which can be made into a double if required . A family bathroom with corner bath, toilet and washbasin. A master king-zise bedroom with recently refurbished en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and washbasin. Ample storage space in all rooms.

Oil fired central heating. Bed linen is provided. A travel cot and high chair are provided upon request. A barbecue is provided. Non-smokers only. Patio and grassy garden with fabulous views, children's swing and slide. Ample car parking. One well-behaved dog is welcome, but not allowed upstairs. Please note that for this property a deposit of 50% of the weeks price is required. The price for Xmas and New Year is £1300
