This detached red brick house is situated in an elevated position in the beautiful village of Runswick Bay, just 9 miles north of Whitby. it has stunning views of the sea and beach from its private sun terrace. A path leads down to the local pub and the lovely sandy beach.
About twenty steps lead up to the entrance. On the right hand side of the hallway is a bright kitchen/diner with beamed ceiling. Two steps lead up to a decked area with fantastic sea views. On the left of the hallway is a spacious light and airy lounge with beamed ceiling and original coal fireplace. High quality bed settee in the lounge. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Cloakroom with toilet. Also a large bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle and washbasin.

Fridge/freezer, electric cooker with oven, microwave. TV with freeview and DVD, radio/CD player. Heating by way of night storage heaters, electric heaters and the coal fire. Bed linen is provided. Non-smokers only. Well-behaved pets are welcome. Fabulous sun terrace with views of the Bay and garden furniture. The parking permit is provided for the residents car park.
