This lovely middle of terrace cottage is situated in the heart of the quiet village of Rosedale Abbey. Rosedale is an area of spectacular beauty. It is a perfect touring centre and a walker's paradise.
Porch. Entrance. Cosy lounge with solid fuel stove in a stone fireplace. Spacious well-equipped kitchen/diner with oil-fired Rayburn. Small, sunny conservatory which gives access to a large enclosed garden. Downstairs toilet. On the first floor there is a landing with a bookcase and games, a bedroom with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe and a bedroom with twin beds and wardrobe. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin.
Fridge/freezer, electric cooker with grill and oven, microwave, washing machine. Colour TV with video, radio/CD/cassette player. Heating by way of solid fuel stove in the lounge and Economy 7 night storage heaters - no extra charges for fuel or electricity. Bed linen is provided. Fuel for the stove is provided.
