This lovely middle of terrace cottage is situated in the heart of the quiet village of Rosedale Abbey. Rosedale is an area of spectacular beauty. It is a perfect touring centre and a walker's paradise.
Porch. Entrance. Cosy lounge with solid fuel stove in a stone fireplace. Spacious well-equipped kitchen/diner with oil-fired Rayburn. Small, sunny conservatory which gives access to a large enclosed garden. Downstairs toilet. On the first floor there is a landing with a bookcase and games, a bedroom with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe and a bedroom with twin beds and wardrobe. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, toilet and washbasin.

Heating by way of solid fuel stove in the lounge and Economy 7 night storage heaters - no extra charges for fuel or electricity. Bed linen is provided. Fuel for the stove is provided. Parking in front of the property. Patio, large enclosed garden with garden seat, gazebo with picnic bench and barbecue. No children under the age of five. Strictly non-smoking and sorry, no pets.
