Mowbray Cottages

Conveniently situated 1 mile north of the traditional market town of Thirsk, Mowbray Stable Cottages, in the heart of “Herriot Country”, provides an excellent central base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales, York, and the North Yorkshire Moors. The well equipped cottages overlook our sand ménage and fields, with lovely views to Sutton Bank. Pets are very welcome to join ours, even your horse, in a safe enclosed environment. Children will love to see our pet sheep and goat , and are welcome to help at feeding time.
