Outside is a pretty garden and play area with tree house, climbing frame and swing. Also a dining area with barbecue.

The cottage is set in open countryside, midway between Harrogate and York, and barely 10 minutes drive from Knaresborough and Wetherby. It provides an excellent base for exploring the many delights which the area has to offer. Situated about a mile out of the village of Tockwith with its well-stocked shop and two pubs both serving excellent food. Ideal for two families or two couples. New for 2004 is a large football pitch/play area.
