The picturesque working harbour adjacent to the promenade is so lovely to walk along and is wheel chair friendly. The newly refurbished Spa Complex is due to reopen in 2007, as is the new addition to the Promenades Shopping Complex. Sewerby Hall, Sledmere Hall and Burton Agnes Hall are close by and well worth a visit.
