The White Horse is one of the few pubs in the city centre to offer a pool table and we are pleased to offer three real ales on tap including the CAMRA award winning Lancaster Bomber. A great range of draught bitters, lagers and draught cider are also available. A full Sky Sports TV package is also available in the bar. We've also been told that we serve the best Guinness in York! Our bed and breakfast guests can also enjoy a excellent full English Breakfast included in their room rate price.
The White Horse is conveniently located close to a host of York attractions including The Yorkshire Museum, The Roman Bath, The Shambles and The Jorvik Viking Centre. York St John University is also nearby and York train station is situated just over the river. York is famous for it's ghost tours and is known as the 'Most Haunted City in Europe'.
