The Khyber Mount Guest House offers some of the best views in Whitby. Offering a choice of nine comfortable rooms all with good views of the sea and harbour and their own TVs and tea and coffee-making facilities. Ensuite rooms available. Breakfast is served in the dining room. Guests are invited to start with fruit juice and cereal, followed by a cooked breakfast of best bacon, fried egg, mushrooms, tomato and beans followed by toast and marmalade or jam. Vegetarians are particularly welcome and their dietary requirements are willingly catered for, with vegetarian sausages and hash browns on offer. Tea and coffee are also served.

Specialities

There are usually free parking spaces in the vicinity of the Guest House. Visitors driving up from the riverside up the Khyber Pass (a one-way street) may find a space on East Crescent which is free for the duration. Any visitor who has not found a space on arrival at the Guest House, will be happily advised by a member of staff.
