A stairway rises from the hallway to a landing with balustrade that serves a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a half panelled bathroom with bath, washbasin, and toilet. Also at the top of the stairway is an external door leading to a small but quaint gravelled yard, a private place to sit and relax.
