Trout Pond Barn offers guests a choice of luxury B&B accommodation in a 200 year old exquisitely converted barn, or alternatively try our de-luxe self-catering holiday cottage. Both accommodation choices offer guests a peaceful retreat with superb views of the Vale of York andour own well stocked trout lakes. We're also ideally placed near Malton, famous for it's live music venue The Shed, plus a choice of superb country pubs and restaurants. Guests also have easy access to many North Yorkshire attractions such as Flamingo Land, Eden Camp and stately home Castle Howard near York.

Both the B&B accomodation and holiday cottage have been awarded an ETC 4 diamond and 4 star grading accordingly, for the highest standards of service and quality. Guests at the Bed and Breakfast have access to a wonderfully comfortable lounge with an open fire in the winter. Evening meals can be provided on request with notice and most diets can be catered for. Trout Pond Barn cosy B&B consists of a double room with en-suite facilities, a twin bedded room with private ajoining facilities, and a single room with ajoining private facilities. All rooms have television, radio and tea and coffee making facilities. The self-catering holiday cottage is a single storey with a double room and a twin bedded room. There is a shower room and seperate WC. The remainder of the area is open plan with a comfortable sitting area, dining table and a fully fitted kitchen. There is central heating throughout and the bed linen is supplied, if required.
