About this property

Situated in 20 acres of deciduous woodland, our four luxury holiday lodges near York offer a tranquil base for holidays or short breaks to Yorkshire. Our eco-friendly, timber built lodges are set overlooking the coarse fishing lake and provide quality accommodation for up to four adults. Each lodge is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen, shower room, a decked verandah with patio furniture & barbecue, car parking & ramp access. Short breaks are welcome except from June 1st to September 28th.

Each lodge offers one double bedroom with ensuite, a twin bedroom and additional shower room. The living area is open plan and offers a TV with integrated DVD player and kitchen well equipped with a dishwasher, small washer/ dryer, fridge/ freezer, microwave and cooker. The living area opens up onto the verandah and offering views over the fishing lake. Parking is available at the rear of each lodge.

Our Pine & Birch Lodges are available for a changeover day of Saturday for weekly stays and Saturday or Tuesday or short breaks. The Rowan & Oak lodges offer a Friday changeover day for weekly stays and either Friday or Monday for short breaks. Each lodge offers bed linen, duvets and towels with utility charges for your stay also included.

Special to this property

The lodges have been built to eco-friendly principles and incorporate flax and recycled newspapers for insulation, energy saving lighting & water conservation. Douglas fir cladding has been used on the exterior which is protected with eco-friendly paints so the lodges blend in with their woodland environment. Please note that the lodges are for over 18's only.
