107 Hempland Lane, Heworth is a very spacious self-contained flat within an Old Victorian Rectory. The Rectory was built in 1865 for Andrew Robert Fausset,the Rector of St Cuthbert's Church, York. It remained a Rectory until mid 1930's when it was sold and divided into flats.
107 Hempland lane is on the first and second floor of the Old Rectory. It has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout and comprises kitchen, bathroom, living room and three bedrooms. It sleeps 2-5/6 people. Families are very welcome, a cot, highchair and baby alarm are avaliable. There are also a selection of books and games.
