23 St Marys is situated in an unusual Victorian terrace in the beautiful historic city of York. Before King Henry's dissolution of the monasteries St Mary's and the area of Bootham was part of St Mary's Abbey, the ruins of which can still be seen in York museum's gardens.
We are superbly situated for the city's many attractions and for touring the northern areas of the UK. The city has much to offer at any time of year, visitors can enjoy a trip on the river or a day at the races. The city walls, museums and shops are just a short stroll away.
